3. Have a little patience
If you fail once that's ok!. It doesn't mean your resolution is over. Its not a game its your life! you can only succeed by failing and trying again!
4. Have a positive attitude
Don't think negatively about your resolution, things like "I'll never do it" or "a whole year is too long, I'll probably give up anyway" are definately a surefire way of failing.
