How long will it take to lose baby weight (part 1)

It may take some time before you get back to your pre-pregnancy weight, but upon delivery of your baby you will notice instantly a significant difference. Considering you will have given birth to a 7 - 8 pound baby, you also lose weight from the placenta and other amniotic fluid, Most mothers drop an average of 12 pounds, during childbirth.

During pregnancy, your body retains extra water and you also have alot more blood in your body than usual. which means you'll need to use the bathroom alot more! its common that new moms will lose up to 4 - 6 of water weight during the first week after giving birth. (It depends on the amount of water your body retained throughout your 9 months of pregnancy).

It is a slow process to lose most of the baby weight but you just have to be patient. You wont notice yourself losing the pounds but others around you will. Of course for those of us who are impatient and just want our bodies back to the way they were fast. There are weight loss for baby weight training programs. Some of these programs will not work but one regime that seems to be getting alot of results recently is PregnancyWithoutPounds. Many people have had success with their weight loss during and after pregnancy using this system, click here to see the before and after pictures on their website.

I will be posting part 2 of this post soon, you can follow me by email to get updated when I post.
