How Beyonce Lost Her Baby Weight

Beyonce made sure that she worked out during pregnancy all the way until she was 7 1/2 months gone. 

A few weeks after the baby was born, Beyonce was mentally and physically ready to work out. She had the right mindset and she was ready to lose the weight. She kept it light when she was just starting out. Just stretching and simple cardio workouts such as jogging. she made sure to work out five days a week. after the first week Beyonce and her trainer changed it up a little. In order to stay motivated and keep going with her weight loss goals. They would go hiking or maybe a jog on the beach or kickboxing or yoga, just to keep it interesting and less tedious. 

As for her eating, Beyonce always had good eating habits that she formed when she was younger. Things like eating very small meals every few hours and she didnt touch any fried or sodium rich foods, she enjoyed meals such as home made soup, fish with leafy greens like kale or spinach.
