How to Keep Your New Year’s Resolution and Not Give Up

It has been 23 days since we all welcomed 2014 into our lives and it already seems like old news — at least it does for me.

If you want to keep your new years resolution or even re-try your resolution then by all means, please follow this list. Even if you failed already this month, you can keep trying until you get it right!.

1. Be Realistic
Don't set huge goals for yourself that are near impossible to achieve, start off with something small. Don't try to run before you can walk
2. Do not only focus on the resolution
Think of it as a goal not a resolution because that is what it is, Think about WHY you want to achieve this goal and what will be different and why you need to make a change.
3. Have a little patience
If you fail once that's ok!. It doesn't mean your resolution is over. Its not a game its your life! you can only succeed by failing and trying again!
4. Have a positive attitude
Don't think negatively about your resolution, things like "I'll never do it" or "a whole year is too long, I'll probably give up anyway" are definately a surefire way of failing. Think positive thoughts and take it one day at a time. when you wake up think "I'm not going to break my resolution today" and only focus on that day.
5. Dont compare your goals with someone else's
Just because so-and-so is already doing so well with their goals does not mean you are doing bad. Your goals may be much harder than their's

don't keep thinking about hard it is just think "I have to do this" and "if I don't do this now I never will", When you start to doubt your progress that means you are in the middle stage. The first stage is when you are motivated and really pumped to accomplish your goals. the middle stage is when the motivation wears off and your mind starts to test how much you really want this. you will start to ask yourself questions like "whats the point" and "it's too hard" you have to keep pushing through this stage as it's the hardest and most important one, The final stage is where you know you are going to achieve your goal and it becomes a little easier. very few pass the second stage but those who do NEVER fail.
I wish you the best of luck with your goals.

  1. While there are some that are good for your health, the majority of them have no real beneficial qualities. As a result, using slimming pills with artificial flavors or colorings is not only unnecessary, but downright deceptive.
